This rotisserie style pub is a refurbishment and new build extension to a Grade II listed building located in an area of outstanding natural beauty for Marston’s PLC. The project required full civil and structural services engineering design, incorporating:
- façade retention to the converted cow shed
- design of a Bat House
- flood defence wall
- entire new drainage system.
We also designed a 61 bay car park and associated external works and retaining walls.
