Our Approach
The most important step is to understand the client brief to ensure that their plans and aspirations are achieved. From this brief, we seek to identify any development constraints that the site may have to assist with budgeting and timescales and to provide sensitive solutions to complex issues.
We develop a site-specific external works and drainage strategy which is key to an effective and successful planning application for the development. As part of this we conduct various investigations and assessments to ensure that designs are built on strong evidence.

Team
We work closely with the relevant LLFA (Local Lead Flood Authority), Environment Agency, Local Highways and Statutory Authorities, to achieve a successful planning application which assists greatly in the smooth completion of civil engineering projects.
We use Industry recognised 3D modelling packages to design any infrastructure projects such as Autodesk Civils 3D, PDS and Microdrainage.
