A landmark building located off Emperor Way in the heart of Crewe Business Park, Crewe, Cheshire. A commercial four storey office building with roof level plant room, featuring a full height entrance atrium. ABA’s design included:
- Composite precast floors supported by a fully braced steel frame including long span cellbeams.
- Piled Foundations.
- A combination of glazed curtain walling,vertically spanning SFS and rain screen cladding.
- Extensive external works design that included foul and attenuated surface water drainage systems with the impermeable car park designed for Car and partial HGV loading.
- BIM Level 2 design.
