Structural Inspections

Structural Inspections are carried out by our experienced Chartered Engineers. After visiting the property to perform a visual structural appraisal of the building/structure, they will follow this up with a verbal appraisal of the findings and a written report.

We are also able to provide recommendations for any structural defects and the remedial action required.

Our Approach

Firstly we will discuss your requirements for the structural survey. Then we would visit the building to undertake the structural survey.  On completion of the structural survey, we give you a verbal heads up on any issues that there may be or indeed may not be.
