• 10 storey bespoke precast Concrete frame consisting of precast hollow core floors and Insulated Twin wall precast walls acting as both lateral and vertical loadbearing elements.

• A cast In-situ reinforced concrete transfer structure to transfer the precast concrete upper structure onto Isolated reinforced concrete columns to give an open plan commercial space at ground floor level. Sheer walls at basement level to give lateral stability.

• A basement structure surrounded by fully tanked retaining walls.

• A 2/3 storey high steel framed main entrance structure formed in composite construction to provide full height atrium space and access to an external roof terrace at 2nd floor level.

• A 2 storey reinforced concrete and steel framed services block and cycle store with external courtyard construction above.
